Our brand name Li Yo Fu gained its inspiration from “REAL food”: Respect, Earth, Agriculture and Lifestyle.

 

Our quest for quality ingredients throughout Taiwan gave us a chance to learn about various sustainable farming systems, which not only help protect the environment, but present consumers with extraordinary produce. We experienced how creating the right environment fosters the most exquisite tastes of produce, and how the land responds with a lively ecosystem. It is our hope to get more people to take on a different diet, to consume foods in a way that supports a more sustaining system and stays connected to the mother nature.

 

While our diets have changed drastically due to globalization, we still believe that rice and grains are the humble superfoods for Asians, which brought about a set of delicious refreshments: freshly made grain drinks and gluten-free rice cookies. We have seen that rice and grains have such versatility that we can make them more accessible, absorbable for everyone.
